Average prices are based on long-term established averages (the so-called arithmetic mean). The average quantity is based only on quantity values greater zero. Availability gives a percentage whether a good is available in this system. Please note that these are statistical data. GalCop regulations expressively forbids the broadcasting of actual prices beyond the current system. |

Famous Planets
The planet Aesbion is a planet with difficult living conditions. The weather is humid and storms are an almost constant factor. Furthermore conflict between the green frogs of Aesbion has been raging for thousands of years now and the fact that the planet is a Corporate State doesn't make it any better: corporate wars are notoriously savage. Luckily for the visitor this war is confined to the surface, for the time being. (Famous Planets OXP)
This system falls under the responsibility of the Navy Command Station 4 in Tibionis. (Galactic Navy OXP)

Spaceway L1
The Spaceway L1 passes through this system, coming from Zarece and going to Aronar.
Rough Guide
The Rough Guide to the Ooniverse also has an entry on Aesbion.
Regardless of how he feels about GalCop when he's being chased by a blue-light-flashing Viper while carrying a full cargo hold of Benulobiweed, deep down in his heart the average spacer has at least a grudging respect for the system because it /works/. The Galactic Cooperative of Worlds polices the spaceways and provides neutral markets where spacers can trade without being hassled by planet-bound authorities (for which we all should be thankful; heaven /knows/ that GalCop regulations are hassle enough...), in exchange for which they let the local administrations--or lack thereof--run the planets however they see fit. While this setup isn't perfect, it does make traveling among the stars considerably safer. Only very rarely has GalCop ever needed to directly intervene in the affairs of its member planets, but when it does, it brings its full strength to bear, as the example of Aesbion clearly demonstrates. |

The Traders Almanach
If the limiting factor is the size of the cargo bay, you've got to get the best gain per unit: The top choice in Aesbion is to move either microprocessors or luxuries to Zarece. I'd say those microprocessors I mentioned are a good choice, indeed, and will probably sell with a profit of 22 Credits for each and every ton you move. Besides, transporting Aesbionian coats to Isence is also a viable alternative. What's more, your ship should have more than a normal pulse laser if you want to trade in Isence. "Fighting like a green frog from Aesbion" is a proverb well known through the galaxy. If you've seen their war, you know that this is not an overstatement. |
