Overview

The Compass is the vital instrument to help navigate from the witchpoint buoy to the main orbital station.

Modes

One may navigate by:

Planet

• nearby planet directly ahead.
• nearby planet directly aft.

or when one is close to the planet, the compass immediately switches over to

Station

• nearby station directly ahead.
• nearby station directly aft.

Upgrade

This can be upgraded (for some 650cr) in a TechLevel 7 or greater system to the Advanced Space Compass.
