Availability gives a percentage whether a good is available in this system. Please note that these are statistical data. GalCop regulations expressively forbids the broadcasting of actual prices beyond the current system. |

Maesaron is the last safe world for the traveller traversing the Tomoka Run in the direction to Galcenter G2 or the RedLine Stars. The world lies on the edge of the dangerous Kob's ladder region. The world itself has no oceans and consists primarily of mountains, sand and canyons. Huge sand hurricanes can be seen spinning the planet surface. Sometimes more than five of these huge storms are active at any given point. Life is confined to the cooler polar regions in high-tech glass dome cities. The Lave Academy also has a training station here. (Famous Planets OXP)
The Maesaron system falls under the responsibility of the Navy Command Station 8 in Atzaxe, two hops away. The shortest witchspace path to ComSec Station 8 in Atzaxe is Maesaron -(1.2LY)-> Ausar -(6.4LY)-> Atzaxe. (Galactic Navy OXP)

The Tomoka Run
This trade route passes through this system, coming from Esbete and going to Ausar. See The Tomoka Run for details.
The Traders Almanach
If the limiting factor is the size of the cargo bay, you've got to get the best gain per unit, so buy memory banks or Maesaronian furniture items made from real wood and haul them to Diuste. Propably those memory banks sell there with a gain of roughly 39 Credits for each ton (I found that information in a pirate's logbook around Aanan). Moreover, those memory banks can also be sold well enough in Ausar. On another thought, piracy has been reported to be on the rise in Diuste and Ausar. |
