An Elite Federation device which shows the rank of the vessel's pilot.

Overview
This is a mini-OXP which enables you to see the NPCs' Elite ranks, provided you have a costly device. Just an immersion increaser.
Note that in Oolite most NPC's have a rather low rank. If you wish for more skilled opponents, try Skilled NPCs OXP and maybe some of the Anti-Cheating OXPs under Cheating.
