Overview

An Imperial Industries Consortium modified escape capsule (lifeboat), originally designed by Isis Interstellar. While the primary purpose of this craft is to drop ground forces during a planetary invasion, in emergency situations it can be used as a lifeboat as well. Although unarmed, the small size and the Reflective Hull Overlay make it quite difficult to hit this boat.

The Landing Craft was exclusively distributed to Lambda Liners T5-M01 and Lambda Liners T5-M02 so the assembly took place in the same high-security shipyard. After the tragic accident that destroyed the shipyard the production of this craft had to be stopped.

Known Issues

These textures were designed for V 1.88; the latest Oolite V 1.90 uses a much brighter light model and therefore renders the appearance of the ships. If you prefer the previous light here is a tip from another_commander: modifying shaders
