This AI regulates the behaviour of stations.
Defined states:
- GLOBAL: →IDLE
- IDLE: →CHECK_FOR_DEBRIS, →DEFENSE_MODE
- CHECK_FOR_DEBRIS: →IDLE, →DEFENSE_MODE
- DEFENSE_MODE: →IDLE, →CHECK_FOR_DEBRIS
