Move?
Hi, I'm unsure if authors of stories need explicit articles. I'm not that familiar to the Oolite-Universe (and so I don't know how famous he is). My suggestion is, to move this content to the user-page Greetings: Makarius 10:00, 13 August 2007 (BST)
Best to link to authors from FICTION and relevant stories only. Some authors were included as standalone chapters because their 'alias' was identical to the protagonist in some of their stories. Such stories usually arose from a collaboration of roleplayers on the BBS and related slowchat webpages. Not all these characters are/were active on this wiki, so specific pages were needed.
Using the userpage to store personal info is fine, the only thing against using the user-page to store this info is with people deciding to leave, does their user-page get deleted or is the data safe from deletion?

Fiction stuff
If you need to move me to a user page that's fine. I'm not that familiar with wikis.
I don't plan on going anywhere! :-)
Drew.

Looking at all this, over a decade later, I feel strongly that this is important for our wiki. All the above commentators seem to have moved on. But Drew wrote a lot of Oolite literature, one of the more interesting OXP's (Tianve) and was a good influence. It would be a crying shame not to have this page in our wiki.
