Hi - the Rough Guide was written a long time ago, and I think predated the Tionisla Chronicle Array OXP. Or at least, it's not an OXP I've ever used myself. The Rough Guide was only ever meant to be a bit of background fluff, not an up-to-date list of all the things that might be available. But if you want to add it to the wiki entry, feel free!
