The Boomerang is just a plain, sturdy trading ship. It's horseshoe shape allows a great deal of cargo, and though it isn't as fast as many other ships, it's speed is comparable with the Cobra MkIII. With aft and forward beam lasers, and a respectable missile launching capability, it is far from helpless. Never-the-less, the NPC version of the Boomerang is escorted by the fast, and deadly Piranha. There is only one problem that I have yet to address with this ship, and that is the sensor dishes. They were meant to spin, but I couldn't pull that off in it's present positioning, so it will be a future upgrade.
