that it is forbidden for visitors to make contact with the local population.
Ships may only make planet-fall on designated landing areas. So called 'Hybrids'
are the only native Inxexeatians to interact with spacefarers. The Hybrids are
rodents that have been especially selected, sent to the orbiting station and
received a comprehensive hex-edit and orientation. The native population exists
mostly in a pre-industrial state and believes the orbiting station to be an
'Archangel'. As a result Galcop rigorously enforces a special quarantine
regulation for this planet and permits are hard, but not impossible, to come by.
Naturewise this is a place of utter beauty and landing rights are in great
