The Takina Class is the largest ship type sold by Koneko Industries, and is made for the trader who wants to defend his cargo well, but still make a large profit.

The ship was originally designed by Commander Hoots' associate Takina Karana. The design was so good, Ryan authorized its mass production and sale. Twenty percent of every Takina Class sale goes directly to Commander Karana's private bank account.

Takina Class CX1

The CX1 variant of the Takina Class was designed later by Hoots for traders who need a little more protection for their cargo. The ship is equipped with eight plasma cannons and ten missiles, and sacrifices twenty five tons of cargo capacity for the improvements. The Takina Class CX1 also has a red paint job instead of a cyan one.

This version of the ship will be a part of Koneko Industries OXP Version 2.0
